Otay Mesa Land Port of Entry Modernization

The project team will double processing capability for pedestrians and add additional truck lanes or the Otay Mesa import facility. The scope of work includes constructing n w tenant agency buildings, transferring the hazardous materials importation process from the export facility to the import facility, refreshing/renovating existing office spaces and constructing a new employee parking structure. TQF provided comprehensive services including inspection, materials testing and utility locating on this wide ranging, complex project. Our team provided inspectors to staff a wide variety of tasks that were ever changing and different from day to day as this project included various miscellaneous components under one umbrella.
