Project Summary
The expansion of Tarzana Medical Center encompasses a vast 13-acre area, featuring the construction of a new 350,000 square foot, six-story patient tower with 190 private rooms and a 600-car parking garage. These enhancements are in response to a California state mandate necessitating the replacement or seismic retrofitting of all acute care facilities by 2030.
Within this project, TQF oversees daily inspections, reviews inspection records, and collaborates with various contractors to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations. TQF has deployed qualified professionals such as welding inspectors, pull-testing technicians, fireproofing inspectors, and reinforced concrete inspectors to facilitate the project's success.
