The new medical complex will encompass a 144-bed acute care hospital featuring an emergency room, an Outpatient Center for Advanced Care providing primary and specialty health services, a Center for Children's Health, and the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and Ambulatory Care building.
This development establishes a vital connection with the UCI Health primary care network across Orange County, establishing the region's sole health system supported by a distinguished academic research institution.
TQF undertook a comprehensive array of services for the project, including grading observation and testing, foundation excavation inspection, soil and asphalt compaction testing, reinforced concrete field inspection, masonry inspection, and sampling services as necessitated by the project specifications.
