Project Summary
As part of its commitment to improving public transportation, Metro is extending the D Line (Purple) from Miracle Mile through Beverly Hills into Century City, one of LA County's largest job centers. This project will add two stations at Wilshire/Rodeo and Century City/Constellation, providing the region with more transportation options. The extension includes seven new stations and will offer a reliable high-speed connection between downtown and the Westside, a highly anticipated addition to Metro's network. By linking congested neighborhoods, the purpose of this project is to enhance travel for all residents, workers, and visitors in Los Angeles County.
